Hello, I'm Claire Dungar, and along with my Husband Gary, we offer you a personal, friendly and professional expert attention to you & your Vaillant appliance.

GMD Boiler Services Ltd are a small family run business who specialise in the servicing, repair & installation of all Vaillant heating appliances & equipment within the Norwich & surrounding areas. We service, repair and fit nothing else!

Gary is an ex Vaillant employee, who was factory trained at Vaillant's headquarters in Germany as their service engineer for East Anglia. He has been working with Vaillant appliances since 1981. GMD Boiler Services was formed in 1994, and as a company we are Gas Safe registered for Natural Gas & LPG installations & appliances, we hold the Vaillant Advance MasterTEC accreditation, and are City & Guilds 6084 Energy Efficiency Level 3 Certificate & G3 Unvented Hot Water Certificate holders. We of course hold full public liability insurance.

We are also pleased to announce in July 2017 Conna Dungar, Gary’s Son, joined GMD Boiler Services Ltd as our first apprentice. He has since fully qualified as a Gas Safe engineer in natural gas and LPG, and like Gary has a vast knowledge of all Vaillant products. They both regularly attend update courses provided by Vaillant at their Belper factory and training facility.

You'll no doubt speak to myself when you call or email our office. I look after all call booking, service scheduling, routing and financial duties. If you are one of our many regular customers, I'll also organise your reminder letter or email for your annual service. This is a requirement to maintain your extended Vaillant warranty.
